Role Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to own customer-facing digital products: our mobile apps and our web portal.
You'll sit close to the CTO, work daily with engineering, and stay in direct contact with the business users and stakeholders who depend on what we ship. This is a build role. We care about getting real things into users' hands quickly, learning from them, and keeping everyone honest about where we stand.
What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap for our mobile apps and customer portal, from discovery through release and iteration
- Turn business needs into clear, buildable scope: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and the reasoning behind them
- Work side by side with developers, designers, and QA through the full delivery cycle
- Run discovery with real customers and internal business users, and bring that evidence back into prioritization decisions
- Keep stakeholders genuinely informed: what shipped, what slipped, what changed, and why
- Use AI tools (Claude, Figma, and whatever else earns its place) to move faster on research, specs, prototypes, and analysis
- Define success metrics before launch and hold the product to them afterward
What you bring:
- At least 6 years in digital product management, with customer-facing products
- Proven track record shipping both native/mobile apps and web portals
- Strong experience working directly with development teams (agile, sprint-based, with real involvement in trade-off decisions)
- Comfort translating between business users and engineers without losing either side
- Fluent, precise English, written and spoken
- Hands-on with AI tools in your daily workflow, and curious about where they go next
- Bias toward shipping. You'd rather release something small this month than something perfect next quarter.
Nice to have:
- German language skills
- Design fluency in Figma
- Experience in a fully remote or distributed team
- Background in real estate, proptech, or another operations-heavy domain
