We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join a strong technical team focused on building and optimising modern backend systems within the Public Health industry, with AI playing a key role in accelerating development.

What We Are Looking ForMust Have Skills

• Very strong Python experience
• Hands on experience with AI augmented coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex and similar tools
• Ability to use AI effectively to analyse and improve existing backends
• Understanding of the pros and cons of AI tooling and when not to rely on it
• Strong experience with DevOps practices
• Experience building and deploying your own pipelines
• Experience setting up infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong commitment to Test Driven Development
• Experience using Playwright for testing

Nice To Have

• Django
• FastAPI
• SQL
• Java (not essential but a bonus)
