AI / Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary (AI/Full Stack Engineer)

• Design, develop, and deploy backend infrastructure and APIs for AI-driven applications.
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (primarily OpenAI) into application workflows.
• Develop and refine prompts to maximize LLM performance and accuracy.
• Utilize Azure AI services (Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, AI Search) to build intelligent features.
• Implement and manage MongoDB databases for application data storage.
• Build end-to-end prototype applications with emphasis on backend and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production environments.
• Apply Generative AI concepts to solve real-world business problems.
• Focus on deploying AI models and solutions into live production systems.
• Maintain strong proficiency in Python, backend development, and API creation.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Bonus skills: DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, authentication/authorization frameworks, and familiarity with React.js.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience.
• Minimum 3 years in backend development and AI integration.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with OpenAI LLMs.
• Practical knowledge of Azure AI services and MongoDB.
• Exposure to Generative AI and proven deployment of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
