For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee integrated project planning, execution, and reporting for complex technology initiatives that support high-impact client work. You will manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and governance activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals. The position also involves executive-level communication, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Create integrated project plans for deliverables and product development
  • Manage project status, budgets, and schedules while preparing status reports
  • Develop resolutions for project challenges to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress and engage in proactive problem-solving with team members
  • Conduct project meetings and oversee tracking and reporting efforts
  • Support executive-level reporting and program management governance
  • Document project management strategies and performance metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technical discipline or related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in complex product development project management and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for detailed reporting to management
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution development
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience creating presentations for diverse audiences
