iOS Engineer, Customer Growth

For our client, we are seeking an Ios Engineer Customer Growth to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,200 – $233,200 annually Responsibilities

• Drive completion of iOS feature projects with a focus on business and customer impact
• Break down large projects into manageable milestones for progress tracking
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers, product managers, and designers to align on priorities and deliver solutions
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and proactively address potential blockers
• Explore and assess new frameworks and processes for project enhancement
• Engage in a culture of rigorous code reviews and regular deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an iOS engineer with proficiency in Swift or Objective-C
• Demonstrated success in launching consumer-facing apps with positive user feedback
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for effective communication within teams
