Engineering Manager, Product Security

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager Product Security to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Enterprise Technology workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $196,000 – $240,000 annually. Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical execution and contribute to the codebase (30-40% of time)
• Deliver DLP policy management and real-time SIEM integrations within the first year
• Define and establish a clear identity and roadmap for the Enterprise Security product area
• Partner closely with Product Management to shape build priorities based on customer needs
• Maintain operational excellence to meet audit, compliance, and uptime expectations for enterprise customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise security capabilities like DLP and SIEM integrations
• 2+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of building successful teams
• Proven technical expertise in modern stacks like Node.js/TypeScript and React
• Strong understanding of compliance standards relevant to enterprise security
• Experience leveraging AI tools within the development lifecycle for improved outcomes
• Excellent ability to foster remote team collaboration and communication
