Director, People Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Information Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $166,100 – $311,400 annually. Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the People Ops function alongside the VP
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of People Operations Analysts and Specialists
• Establish an execution-focused operating rhythm in People Ops
• Act as Product Owner for all People-related Workday modules
• Configure workflows and business processes within Workday
• Evaluate opportunities for infrastructure improvements
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security requirements
• Partner with IT on scalable People data architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience in a Workday environment
• Proven ability to build foundational People Ops processes
• High data literacy with scalable data architecture experience
• Background in a high-growth, pre-IPO technology company
• Experience in a multinational, global environment
