Full Stack Engineer

A well-funded energy investment firm is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join its newly-formed product and engineering team. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to help architect modern internal tools that will drive digital transformation across critical business operations.

You’ll work closely with technical leadership and business stakeholders to turn real-world challenges into intuitive, scalable software solutions. The stack is modern, the culture is agile, and the impact is immediate.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build internal tools and dashboards using Blazor, Telerik, and custom React front ends
• Develop secure backend services in .NET Core and integrate with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Implement authentication via Microsoft Entra ID and manage secure app deployments
• Work with GIS tools, automate data scraping, and connect to enterprise-scale data systems
• Mentor peers, shape engineering culture, and contribute to greenfield architecture decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Blazor, .NET Core (6+), React or Angular, and modern DevOps workflows
• Proficiency with Azure services, secure authentication, and data integration
• Experience with internal tools (Retool or similar), GIS systems, or scraping frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in full stack or enterprise app development
• A hands-on builder mentality with an interest in shaping how a tech-forward team operates
