Role:

🚀 Own high-impact features end-to-end that drive user activation and revenue growth through rapid experimentation

💡 Collaborate with product and stakeholders to identify opportunities and iteratively deliver customer value

🏗️ Build reusable components and establish web foundations that enable the team to ship fast with quality

📊 Enhance experimentation tooling and customer analytics capabilities to accelerate learning cycles

🎯 Take ownership with minimal oversight and navigate ambiguity while solving complex problems creatively

Requirements:

✅ 7+ years of production frontend development experience with strong full-stack design knowledge

⚛️ 3+ years of recent hands-on React experience on large, complex codebases

💻 Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills

🧪 Proven experience with testing frameworks (react-testing-library, Playwright, or Cypress)

👥 Track record of tech-leading critical projects and initiatives within teams

🎨 Product-minded approach with user-driven thinking

⚡ Pragmatic mindset with bias towards action and smart prioritization skills

🌟 Bonus: GraphQL/API design, full-stack frameworks, AWS or cloud infrastructure experience
