Job Summary:

U.S. Financial Technology is seeking an experienced Product Business Analyst to join their team of talented professionals. The role involves defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the company's Appian solutions and participating actively throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed user stories and/or functional requirements, as well as user test case acceptance criteria for CRs and defects with guidance.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high level information and translate it into business documents.

• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Contribute to reviews of operations documentation (procedures, operating manuals) with internal and external stakeholders

• Review test cases for quality assurance and to ensure they cover all the relevant business scenarios.

• Contribute to meeting materials for key internal and external meetings (agenda, action items, minutes)

• Maintain JIRA hygiene for created stories such as fix version, account and EPIC link.

• Participate in status meetings with business and other key stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of SQL or other technical competencies to facilitate successful story writing.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of related experience

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Can work independently and proactively seek guidance from others as needed

• Strong team player and has the capacity to work collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of software development and Agile Methodology
