Staff Product Manager, Pro UI (Remote - Europe)

This role provides the opportunity to shape and elevate high-performance trading platforms used by both retail and professional clients. You will drive the end-to-end development of web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless, modular, and customizable user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and analytics, you will define roadmaps, prioritize features, and implement data-driven improvements. Your work will impact thousands of active users while pushing the boundaries of trading technology and user interface innovation. Accountabilities As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and business planning for web and mobile trading platforms
• Develop comprehensive product documentation including specifications, wireframes, process flows, and site maps
• Prioritize backlogs, triage bugs, and incorporate user and internal feedback into actionable development plans
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure product requirements are implemented accurately
• Evaluate new product opportunities, conduct market research, and propose innovative solutions to engage clients
• Facilitate communication across teams, alert management to scope, timeline, or resource changes
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to guide data-driven product decisions and enhance user experience

Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with hands-on experience in both digital and traditional financial markets
• Strong background working with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing interfaces
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical teams and vice versa
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Passion, self-drive, and intellectual honesty to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated environments and collaboration with legal/compliance teams
• Knowledge of margin trading, futures, FX, options, and backend trading systems
• Background in both cryptocurrency and traditional finance
