This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving the company's enterprise sales strategy and ensuring the success of a talented sales team. Your leadership will not only focus on acquiring new clients but also on nurturing existing relationships to maximize growth. As a key player in the organization, you will collaborate with various departments to design customer-centric solutions, contributing to the overall success of the company. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Accountabilities

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding Enterprise accounts, ensuring we meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and career development planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver strategic, customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Drive sales operations and forecasting, ensuring accurate pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, translating enterprise needs into product feedback.
  • Contribute to the enterprise sales strategy, improving playbooks and refining processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, focusing on AI and/or automation solutions.
  • 4+ years leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (typically $500K+).
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Operationally strong, managing pipelines rigorously and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and automation technologies.
  • Ability to align internal stakeholders and build rapport with executives.
