Role Description

This full-time, remote Manager role involves overseeing AI strategy projects and ensuring successful delivery. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring goals align with organizational priorities. The Manager will also analyze business needs, create actionable project plans, and drive progress while addressing challenges and risks.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and driving projects to success.
• AI/Technology Expertise: Familiarity with AI technologies, data analysis, and engineering principles.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to align AI solutions with business objectives through creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess challenges, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
