Senior AI Full-Stack Software Engineer

In this role, you will join a fast-growing, remote-first product team building sophisticated workplace management solutions used by thousands of organizations worldwide. You will lead the development of AI-powered features and deliver end-to-end functionality across the full stack, from concept to production. • Accountabilities
• Build full-stack AI-powered product features by integrating machine learning models and related AI technologies.
• Deliver senior-level development across the stack using modern frameworks, patterns, and cloud-native tooling.
• Own projects technically from early ideation through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement full test automation, adopting a culture of quality, TDD, and continuous improvement.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Research, test, and introduce new technologies to elevate product capabilities and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with team members on architectural decisions, coding conventions, and design best practices.
• Requirements
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core, ideally in SaaS environments.
• Strong front-end skills using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining Web APIs.
• Strong SQL expertise, preferably with SQL Server.
• Deep experience with TDD and automated testing (unit + integration).
• Hands-on experience working in Azure Cloud environments.
• Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building intuitive, high-quality software.
• Ability to learn quickly, collaborate proactively, ask questions, and contribute to a small but high-performing team.
