Project Manager - Healthcare - Remote

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during software implementation, maintaining strong relationships and trust
• Define project scope, execute tasks, manage deliverables, coordinate staffing, and track progress to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Product Management, Sales, and Executive Leadership
• Collect and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and test plans
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes using established processes
• Plan milestones, prioritize bug reports, and coordinate team training when needed
• Present project updates and status reports to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing implementations
• Hands-on experience with SaaS or enterprise software deployments
• Technical proficiency with integrations, sFTP, APIs, HTML, file formats, and unique identifiers (GUIDs)
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, hub, or related healthcare industries preferred
• Strong data, business, and financial analysis skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to change
• Experience with Agile software development is a plus
