• Coordinate with clinical engineering, technical, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful execution of program initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and performance tracking dashboards.
• Prepare leadership briefings, progress reports, and strategic planning updates for executive and operational teams.
• Support recurring program communications, including monthly updates, progress tracking, and status reports.
• Ensure initiatives align with mission objectives and are executed efficiently across multiple sites and teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with a project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience planning, managing, and controlling complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and professional staff across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle project management, including developing project plans, tracking deliverables, and mitigating risks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent documentation and reporting.
• Experience supporting healthcare, biomedical engineering, or government programs is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
