You will own the end-to-end personal loans experience, driving conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction across mobile and web channels. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will optimize product funnels, implement vendor integrations, and influence underwriting and offer strategies. Success in this role requires balancing customer empathy with strong business acumen, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and external partners. You will shape key strategic initiatives, contribute to major revenue growth, and help define the marketplace product roadmap. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented product leader who thrives in a high-velocity, results-oriented setting. Accountabilities
- Own the personal loans product lifecycle, from application and qualification to approval, decline, and ongoing optimization.
- Define, monitor, and enhance conversion and qualification funnels, including approval logic, segmentation, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Marketing to scale acquisition through paid campaigns, landing pages, direct mail, and aggregator channels.
- Lead vendor integration strategy, coordinating with lending partners and influencing underwriting and offer design.
- Track and drive measurable business outcomes, including ARPU, conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to prioritize features, refine workflows, and implement improvements.
- Ensure the product aligns with strategic objectives and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in personal loans or consumer lending products.
- Strong understanding of lending funnels, application flows, approval/decline logic, and second-look strategies.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing consumer conversion funnels and driving clear business impact.
- Data fluency, including experience with segmentation, metrics, funnel branching, and financial KPIs.
- Experience building consumer financial products across mobile and web platforms.
- Ability to balance customer needs with business performance goals.
- Experience with white-label or vendor-integrated product environments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to execute in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
