We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Principal Business Analyst to lead data, analytics, and AI initiatives that transform business operations and drive measurable impact. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and technical teams across regions to identify high-value AI and analytics use cases, design and deploy innovative solutions, and foster a data-driven culture. You will oversee data platform adoption, modernize legacy systems, and ensure responsible AI practices are embedded across initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI-powered tools, automation, and advanced analytics solutions across business functions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape data-driven use cases aligned with strategic goals
- Drive adoption of scalable data platforms, modernize legacy systems, and enable self-service analytics across the organization
- Ensure data readiness, quality, and governance for AI and analytics initiatives, leveraging enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Databricks
- Establish principles for responsible AI use and develop KPIs to measure AI adoption, business impact, and ROI
- Execute enablement programs, "AI Quick Start" initiatives, and foster a culture of data literacy and experimentation
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, evaluate partnerships, and promote continuous innovation across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, digital product management, or applied AI roles in complex organizations
- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through AI, automation, or digital transformation
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Python scripting, or workflow automation
- Strong knowledge of data systems (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SAP, Salesforce) and data governance principles
- Exceptional communication and influence skills to align stakeholders and inspire adoption of AI-driven solutions
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sales & operations planning, or shop floor data; knowledge of modern cloud architectures and AI ethics frameworks
