Accountabilities

• Empower and Mentor a talented squad of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Architect with Intent by applying Domain Driven Design principles for a modular and maintainable portal.
• Bridge the Gap by partnering closely with Product and Design leaders for scalable technical strategies.
• Own the Stack, overseeing frontend development with Next.js and TypeScript for seamless integration.
• Manage Cloud Operations, ensuring high-availability access to data within AWS.
• Drive Velocity by delivering high-impact features while minimizing technical debt.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Expert-level command of Next.js and TypeScript for building complex user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of Golang for designing robust APIs.
• Experience implementing Domain Driven Design in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud-Native technologies and AWS.
• Ability to adapt and pivot strategies in high-growth settings.
