• Define and drive the technical strategy for user-facing products, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Lead system design, architecture decisions, and technical execution to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to production and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable technical plans
• Remove technical and organizational blockers to enable team efficiency and smooth delivery
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and career growth support
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence within the team
• Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and operational reliability are consistently upheld

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Proven track record of leading teams delivering end-user facing features with strong focus on usability and performance
• Solid technical expertise with modern development stacks, including Python, React, and TypeScript
• Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive projects end-to-end
• Hands-on experience contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align engineering efforts with product and data teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration
