Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, boards, and deliverables
• Flag risks early and keep all stakeholders aligned
• Coordinate between sales, clients, and production teams
• Ensure smooth handoffs and provide teams with assets and feedback
• Build strong client relationships and support communication

Requirements

• 3+ years in project management, production coordination, or client management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Flexible with hours during busy periods
• Familiarity with tools like Asana or Airtable (plus if you know video workflows)
