Job Description
You will lead the engineering efforts at LightWork AI, architecting scalable backend systems and event-driven microservices. You’ll be the primary builder of complex features while setting the technical bar for agentic AI development. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, you will drive delivery across the stack, ensuring performant and secure systems.

- Combines strong leadership skills with a "builder first" mentality, capable of making critical technical calls independently while managing and mentoring other engineers.
