About the role:

Our client, a pioneering women’s health company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Customer Pod within the Engineering Team. This is a key role in developing their web and mobile platform, supporting the mission to revolutionise reproductive healthcare. You will also line manage junior engineers, helping them grow while delivering new product features.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new product features and resolve technical issues.
• Drive architecture, planning, and maintenance of platform infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Line manage and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Champion engineering excellence, implementing improvements in tooling and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, on-spec code to production.
• Lead technical interviews and contribute to recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, React-Native, Terraform, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience debugging with tools such as Datadog.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in line management and mentoring.
• Passion for women’s health and the company mission.
