Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a rapidly growing, innovative company that is revolutionizing the secondhand fashion industry. If you’re passionate about data, customer experience, and the future of AI, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a sustainability-driven platform.

In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, using proprietary customer and inventory data, AI, and ML to transform secondhand shopping. As a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of technical initiatives, ensuring top-quality product delivery while shaping the company’s growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tech Leadership: Lead technical efforts, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Full-stack Development: Work with JavaScript, React, Next.js, AWS, and GCP to build scalable and efficient systems.
• AI/ML Initiatives: Drive AI and ML projects that enhance the platform’s performance and customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, designers, and product managers, to ensure success.
• Autonomous Work: Work independently and remotely, bringing flexibility and ownership to your role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech Stack: Expertise in full-stack development, particularly with JavaScript, React, Next.js, AWS, and GCP.
• AI/ML Experience: Strong interest and knowledge in AI and ML, with experience applying these technologies to real-world challenges.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and make decisions that align with the business objectives.
• Experience: A proven track record in senior engineering roles or as a tech lead, with an in-depth understanding of software engineering practices.
