🚀 We're Hiring: Databricks Data Engineer | Remote (CA-Based)

Are you a Databricks expert with a passion for building modern, scalable data pipelines? Our Client, a major public sector organization, is looking for a Databricks Data Engineer to help drive their data modernization efforts forward.

You’ll play a key role in converting legacy reports, improving data pipeline performance, and ensuring data integrity and accessibility across a large-scale cloud environment. This is a 100% remote opportunity for CA-based professionals looking to make an impact on data transformation initiatives at scale.

🔧 What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience (clusters, workspace, scheduling)
• 3+ years working with Delta Lake architecture
• 5+ years of PySpark or Scala for data engineering
• 5+ years building efficient ETL pipelines (ADF or similar)
• 5+ years of strong SQL skills (modeling, performance tuning)
• Background with Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in Python scripting, Azure Blob/ADLS, and data governance

🎓 Bonus if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A valid or recently expired Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification
