We are currently seeking a dynamic and multilingual Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across partners, events, and campaigns. You will work closely with partners to create impactful marketing strategies, deliver compelling product campaigns, and manage exciting events. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an innovative insurance company transforming the industry.

Key Responsibilities:Partner Marketing:

• Design and execute marketing plans for strategic partnerships, including launch strategies, CRM campaigns, and online/offline activations.
• Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, amplifying partner brands through smart campaigns.
• Showcase successful partnerships through case studies and promotions.

Demand Generation & Product Marketing:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies for B2B2C and commercial audiences.
• Create compelling messaging, content, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Use insights and data to shape marketing decisions and optimize conversion rates.

Pitching:

• Elevate the pitching process with standout storytelling and visual design.
• Manage projects related to pitching, maintaining a polished pitch deck library.

Event Management:

• Plan and execute our presence at major industry events, maximizing visibility and engagement.
• Provide support for partner-led events, ensuring brand consistency and impact.

Key Criteria:

• Native/fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, German, or Dutch.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in partnership-driven environments.
• Strong CRM skills, including designing email workflows and managing customer engagement.
• Experience in product marketing, from strategy to execution.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
