As Director of Engineering, you’ll lead cross functional technology teams, evolve our cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure) and drive engineering transformation through automation, AI, and world-class DevOps practices. You’ll also partner closely with Product, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure our software is as impactful as it is reliable.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in SaaS engineering, cloud platforms, and large-scale team management.
• Deep technical understanding of modern architectures, CI/CD, automation, and software observability.
• Ability to embed security, performance, and customer-centric thinking into every layer of engineering.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to scale delivery models and optimize platform governance.
• Passion for innovation, AI integration, and creating meaningful software for real users.

• Strong track record in leading cloud-based SaaS platforms (AWS/Azure) at scale.
