REMOTE: Fullstack Software Engineer (REACT/NODE)

Intepros is looking for a Software Engineer to help build and evolve modern, high-scale web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, collaborating closely with product and design partners, and writing clean, maintainable code that makes a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new features for customer-facing web applications
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to iterate on new ideas
• Write secure, performant, and well-tested code aligned with engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold quality and maintainability standards
• Troubleshoot performance and optimization issues across the application
• Work effectively in an agile, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment
• Contribute to a positive engineering culture through communication, mentorship, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts
• Experience building and supporting web applications in production environments
• Familiarity with relational and/or non-relational databases
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and modern deployment practices (Serverless, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially around performance and scalability

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or integrating with Java / Spring–based services
• Background in product-focused, startup, or enterprise environments
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
• Comfort operating in a highly iterative, agile development process
