Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager specializing in Oracle EPM solutions. The Project Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of Oracle EPM projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, guiding teams, coordinating with consulting staff, and optimizing business processes. The role also involves identifying risks, driving user adoption, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Expertise in Oracle Applications and related EPM tools desirable
• Experience in Consulting and Business Process improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and teams
• Proven ability to manage remote projects effectively
• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Oracle systems are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certifications
• Finance transformation programme experience
• Experience in large enterprise environments
