We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst (SAP BA) to support strategic initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS) Financial Shared Services organization. This role will primarily focus on integrating key finance and shared-services platforms with SAP, ensuring seamless business processes, compliance, and operational efficiency across the EMEA region.

In addition to leading and supporting critical integration projects, the successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within the GBS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GBS Finance and Shared Services teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Drive business analysis activities for integrations between SAP and third-party finance applications.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on solution design and implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across financial shared services operations.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.

Initial Project Portfolio

The SAP BA will support the following strategic initiatives:

1. O2C Collections Tool

  • Business analysis and SAP integration support for Cforia upgrade or replacement.
  • Optimize Order-to-Cash collection processes and reporting capabilities.

2. Project Ocean

Support integration and process requirements related to:

  • Enterprise VAT Tool
  • Fixed Asset Reporting
  • Studio360

3. E-Invoicing Compliance for EMEA

  • Support implementation of electronic invoicing solutions to meet country-specific legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory mandates.
  • Enable integration between SAP and government e-invoicing portals where required.

4. Coupa Rollout Expansion

  • Support ongoing deployment and enhancement of Coupa procurement and invoice management processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Coupa and SAP.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting SAP-enabled business processes.
  • 5+ years of strong understanding of **SAP Finance-**related processes, including:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Financial Reporting
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP integrations involving third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience supporting global or regional transformation initiatives within shared services environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams across EMEA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Exposure to financial shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations.
  • Knowledge of Coupa, Cforia, VAT compliance tools, or e-invoicing platforms.
  • Understanding of EMEA tax, VAT, and electronic invoicing regulations.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
