Staff Full Stack Engineer / Product Engineer

Immersum is partnering with a high growth energy technology business looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer with a strong product mindset, ideally from a Product Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer background.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, owning products end to end and making technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to production
- Build customer-facing applications and scalable backend systems
- Work closely with customers to turn problems into software solutions
- Drive architecture and technical direction
- Develop AI-powered and agentic workflows
- Mentor engineers and raise technical standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer or Full Stack Engineer
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills
- Experience building customer-facing products end to end
- Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Strong system design skills and comfort with ambiguity
- A hands-on approach, strong ownership and a bias towards shipping
