Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product initiatives in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis
• Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
• Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Continuously iterate based on data, feedback, and business priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Productboard, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree (optional)
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital products
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, system architecture)
