What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based applications for quantitative investment software.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering to build next-generation fintech tools.
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay on top of new technologies, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience in data engineering—ETL pipelines, data modeling, data processing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• A passion for technology and an interest in financial markets or investment tech.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top 100 global university.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
