POSITION DETAILS

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer for a Contract role based in Addison, TX (Hybrid preferred, remote considered). The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded front-end expert with a strong command of React. This developer will play a key role in building performant, responsive, and reusable web interfaces in a cloud-first environment.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3-5+ years of experience in the following technical skill sets…

• Developing production-grade web applications using React and Angular
• Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx)
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends or Mono Repos
• Experience with cloud-native front-end platforms like AWS Amplify or Firebase
• Knowledge of UI testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Jasmine, or Protractor
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams in Agile/Scrum environments

HIGHLY DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Front-End framework certifications (e.g., Google Angular Certification, Meta React Certification)
