We are partnering with a high-growth financial technology company seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to own the strategy, vision, and execution of its Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define how Salesforce operates as a core internal product - powering Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Success across a fast-scaling organization.

About the Role

As the Group Product Manager for Salesforce, you will serve as the strategic owner of the platform, responsible for driving its evolution, scalability, and business impact. You will not just manage a backlog - you will define the long-term vision for how Salesforce enables operational excellence and revenue growth.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional business leaders to ensure Salesforce is optimized as a best-in-class enterprise platform.

What You’ll Do

Define Platform Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Align platform priorities with business growth and operational objectives

Lead & Develop Product Teams

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
  • Provide structure, coaching, and execution guidance across multiple initiatives

Drive Platform Optimization

  • Oversee Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term platform health

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the key liaison between executive leadership and technical teams (Engineering/DevOps)
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Build vs. Buy Decisioning

  • Evaluate AppExchange solutions versus custom development (Apex/LWC)
  • Ensure sustainable architecture and strong system design decisions

Data-Driven Leadership

  • Define and track key KPIs (adoption, conversion efficiency, system performance, etc.)
  • Use insights to guide roadmap prioritization and executive reporting

Platform Evangelism

  • Champion Salesforce best practices across the organization
  • Drive alignment and adoption across business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in technology or product roles
  • 5+ years in Product Management leadership (managing other PMs)
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations)
  • Experience in fintech or high-volume transactional environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Technical fluency (CI/CD pipelines, sandboxes, release cycles, etc.)
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment
