• Craft robust, scalable software in a remote-first Scrum team, contributing to vital, large-scale systems.
• Embrace Agile and XP practices, including TDD, continuous integration, and collaborative pairing to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Influence technical direction and team workflows within an environment that champions engineering craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
• Work with modern technologies like JDK 17, React, TypeScript, and AWS, focusing on serverless approaches and DevOps tooling.

What You'll Need

• Solid Java experience with a strong grasp of modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• A commitment to engineering best practices including TDD, clean code, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience collaborating within Agile teams, ideally with knowledge of XP practices like pairing and shared ownership.
• Desirable: Experience with React, TypeScript, Terraform, or other DevOps/Infrastructure as Code tools.
