Agile Delivery Manager, Contract We're working with a specialist NHS digital delivery partner building the nation's critical healthcare infrastructure on this exciting opportunity. Drive the evolution of national healthcare systems as an Agile Delivery Manager, leading multidisciplinary squads to deploy high-scale services. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering workflows and public health outcomes, ensuring Lean and Agile methodologies power the next generation of NHS infrastructure. The Role

• Lead high-performing multidisciplinary squads to deliver mission-critical healthcare services at a national scale.
• Facilitate the seamless transition of digital products into Live Service environments, overseeing incident management and service optimisation.
• Remove blockers and manage complex dependencies across a vast delivery landscape using Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to ensure value-driven delivery focused on GDS (Government Design Service) standards.
• Drive reporting and transparency for senior NHS stakeholders, translating technical progress into clear, outcome-based updates.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Lead, or Scrum Master within complex, regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience scaling these in a public sector or NHS context.
• Proven track record managing governance and compliance within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate multi-agency landscapes.
• Background in supporting live service transitions and maintaining high-availability digital products.
