About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager (PDM) to lead the successful

delivery of technology-driven financial products and services. This role combines

strategic product delivery with hands-on project management responsibilities, including

client and sales team engagements to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant

releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex

initiatives within regulated environments, driving both product outcomes and execution

excellence.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end delivery of technology-driven financial products, ensuring

adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and compliance standards.

● Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and detailed project plans, including

milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance,

Operations) to achieve delivery goals and resolve blockers.

● Engage directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand

requirements, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between delivery outcomes

and customer expectations.

● Communicate delivery progress, risks, and timelines to customers and internal

stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.

● Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies, while incorporating project

management best practices for predictability and scalability.

● Track progress at both feature and task level, ensuring accountability and timely

execution across teams.

● Identify and mitigate delivery risks, including regulatory, security, and operational

concerns.

● Monitor and report delivery KPIs and project status to leadership and customers,

providing actionable insights.

● Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.

● 5+ years of experience in product delivery or project management within

technology or financial services.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and regulatory

compliance in finance.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Tempo, MS

Project).

● Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology delivery.

● Certifications: PMP, Agile, or ITIL.

● Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
