About The Position 

A rapidly growing Sales Enablement/Automation startup is looking for an adaptive and entrepreneurial product Owner to join their co-founding team. As part of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of the SaaS platform.

You will be responsible for planning and execution of the product vision and play a crucial role in delivering an enterprise platform that drives the future of Sales Enablement.

This role requires you to roll up your sleeves while always maintaining a focus on the big picture. To continue delivering our vision and creating the future, we need your help to grow an innovative, collaborative, and versatile team.

Beyond discovery, definition, and shipping, you may also be responsible for pricing, marketing, support, and presales. You will need to thrive in a scrappy environment and be comfortable with ambiguity and frequent changes to direction as the company works towards product-market fit and learns to operate at scale.

 About You 

• You have a solid background in software development.
• Have previously built and delivered enterprise SaaS product roadmaps.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and love being hands-on in your role.
• Min 2 years experience in a Product Management role, working daily with a development team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft strategy presentations as well as deliver updates for an executive audience.
• Experience using analytics platforms and being able to generate insights.
• Experience with data analysis to track KPIs and ask the right questions.
• Ability to empathize with both customers and the delivery team.
• You're operationally effective and prioritise with ease: You know when and how to automate and delegate tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously with a balance of collaboration; you don't need to wait for directions but know when buy-in is critical.
• Motivated by finding ways to produce results.
• Ideally, have hands-on UI/UX experience in creating engaging and dynamic user experiences

 Responsibilities 

• Develop and manage the product roadmap and drive critical features from concept to implementation.
• Deeply understand the problems you're tackling through research and regular interaction with customers and define and re-frame those problems for the team.
• Use data to promote decision-making and be comfortable justifying those decisions.
• Manage scope and trade-off discussions to achieve maximum business value.
• Apply your knowledge of data insights, customer research and industry best practices to the product experience.
• Work closely with our customer-facing teams to gather customer feedback and communicate product updates.
