Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Remote (London HQ)

Salary: £45,000–£50,000

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our client to help turn clean, well-structured data into actionable insights. With pipelines rebuilt and everything feeding into BigQuery, the focus is now on surfacing trends and guiding smarter decisions across operations, marketing, finance, and commercial teams.

Essential skills

• Strong SQL expertise (absolute requirement)
• Hands-on experience with Looker
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights

Desirable experience

• BigQuery troubleshooting for one-off analyses
• Curiosity around data governance and quality

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver insights from a wide variety of data sources (operational, customer support, marketing, financial, commercial)
• Balance predefined tasks with proactive analysis — e.g., hear a pricing question in a meeting and independently produce the analysis
• Collaborate across all levels of the business without overwhelming stakeholders with numbers
• Report initially to the Head of Revenue Operations, then to the Director of Revenue Operations (due to maternity leave)
