About the Role

We are seeking a passionate React.js Developer (Volunteer) to join our project/team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, contribute to a meaningful project, and enhance their frontend development skills in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web application components using React.js
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, or stakeholders
• Implement UI/UX designs and optimize for performance
• Participate in code reviews and stand-up meetings
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of coding experience
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and ES6+
• Proficiency in React.js, JSX, and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies (desirable)
