Your Day to DayAs a Product Manager, you would be working onProduct Vision & Roadmap Alignment - You will define and communicate the product vision clearly to Development and stakeholders and lead quarterly roadmap planning to ensure alignment with strategic business goals Backlog & Sprint Management - You will prioritize and groom the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams furthermore oversee sprint planning and reviews to drive continuous delivery and improvement Cross-Team Coordination & Transparency - You will manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth execution and maintain transparency by sharing product decisions and progress openly Customer Engagement & Market Awareness - You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction drivers and monitor emerging technologies and market trends to inform product strategy and innovation What We’re Looking ForAs a product manager, your background will look like

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another relevant degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role working on a team focused on bottom-line growth
• Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment
• Confident, solution-oriented, independent worker with strong problem solving ability
• Personable, with the ability to work across cultures and organizations
