Product Manager (B2B Crypto Processing platform)

About The Client Our client provides blockchain intelligence software tailored for iGaming and crypto operators. Their platform leverages AI-driven analysis of on-chain data, offering player profiling, fraud detection, and competitive intelligence. By monitoring wallet activity across multiple blockchains, they deliver valuable insights through a live dashboard and conversational AI interface, serving casino and sportsbook operators globally. Role Overview As a Product Manager, you'll spearhead the development of two groundbreaking crypto products: a B2B Crypto Processing platform and an AI-powered Analytics platform. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape the product lifecycle from inception to launch, driving innovation within the crypto industry. You'll have the unique opportunity to gradually take ownership of the entire product function as the company scales. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a mature B2B Crypto Processing platform and a newly launched AI-powered Analytics platform.
• Own the product lifecycle from idea to implementation.
• Gather customer feedback and identify new product opportunities.
• Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.
• Design user journeys, edge cases, and product improvements.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout development.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies within the crypto industry.
• Gradually take ownership of the entire product function as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in crypto products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto payments, stablecoins, wallets, DeFi, and payment infrastructure.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or fintech/payment products.
• Strong product thinking and ability to make independent product decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Languages: English, Russian.

• Experience working with AI-powered products.
• Experience launching products from scratch (0→1).
