Key Responsibilities

Planning & Defining Scope

• Clearly define project goals, deliverables, and the specific tasks required to achieve them.

Resource Management

• Allocate time, budget, and personnel effectively to ensure the project has what it needs to succeed.

Timeline Oversight

• The Project Manager will create and maintain detailed schedules (often using Gantt charts) to track progress and meet deadlines.

Risk Mitigation

• Identify potential "roadblocks" early and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the lead point of contact, provide regular updates, and manage expectations across the organization.

Quality Control

• Ensure that the final output meets the required standards and solves the original problem.

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
