Overview We are looking for a Java Developer to drive engineering excellence across enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications. This role combines hands-on development with strategic engineering leadership, focusing on secure, scalable systems deployed on Microsoft Azure and powered by JBoss. Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality code across backend (Java/J2EE) and frontend (React, Angular, or similar).
• Design, implement, and optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Manage API design, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Implement and maintain robust security controls, including OAuth2, SAML, and role-based access.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Evaluate and implement DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Experience with JBoss, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
• Azure cloud deployment experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Certifications in Azure Architecture or Security.
• Experience migrating from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
• Container orchestration knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience developing ATS systems.
