Reports to: Founder
About Feedstack
Feedstack helps teams collect, organise, and prioritise user feedback so they can build what matters, faster. We’re building a simple, modern feedback loop: public boards, structured idea intake, voting, discovery, prioritisation, and a clear path from “signal” to “shipped”.
What you’ll do
You’ll own product discovery and delivery end-to-end, turning customer pain into a roadmap the team can execute. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving startup, so you’ll be close to users and close to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap: define, maintain, and communicate what we’re building and why
- Run customer discovery: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and ongoing feedback loops using Feedstack itself
- Translate insights into clear specs: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and success metrics
- Drive prioritisation: balance customer value, business impact, effort, and technical constraints
- Partner with design/engineering to ship: scope MVPs, unblock delivery, manage trade-offs, keep momentum
- Improve activation + onboarding: reduce time-to-value, sharpen the signup flow, increase conversion from trial to paid
- Build lightweight analytics + measurement: define KPIs, set up reporting, and use data to guide decisions
- Improve product quality: bug triage, regression checks, release notes, and feedback-driven iteration
- Coordinate launches: positioning, release planning, internal docs, and customer comms
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years experience shipping SaaS products as a Product Manager (startup experience preferred)
- Strong product instincts plus structured thinking: you can go from messy inputs to crisp decisions
- Excellent written communication (you can write specs people actually want to read)
- Comfort working remote and async, with high ownership and minimal process
- Strong grasp of onboarding, conversion, retention, and pricing/packaging fundamentals
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and understand technical constraints without needing to code
Nice to have
- Experience with feedback tools, roadmap tooling, or community-driven products
- Familiarity with SaaS stacks and workflows (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Postgres, analytics tooling)
- Experience shipping integrations (Slack, Linear/Jira, email, webhooks, Zapier)
- Experience with AI-assisted discovery, categorisation, or summarisation features
How you work
- You keep scope tight and outcomes clear
- You’re opinionated, but you change your mind quickly when evidence changes
- You care about craft: UX clarity, thoughtful defaults, and reducing friction
Benefits
- High ownership, direct impact, and fast iteration cycles
- Remote, flexible schedule, async-first culture
- Build a product used by founders and teams who ship
How to apply
Send:
- A short intro (who you are, what you’ve shipped, what you’re proud of)
- 1–2 examples of product work (PRD, roadmap, case study, or write-up)
- Your availability (full-time or hours/week) and preferred contract terms
