IT Director / Head of Engineering ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Note: This is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $100 per hour (up to $2k/week).

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced technology leaders who can help train their latest language model on IT management and systems leadership tasks.

We're looking for Directors and VPs with 7+ years of experience managing technology teams and systems at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core IT leadership workflows: technology roadmaps, systems architecture documentation, vendor evaluation, IT governance, team management frameworks, and executive-level technology reporting.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: April

Qualifications:

• IT Director, VP of Technology, or equivalent with 7+ years at a top company
• Deep expertise in systems architecture, IT governance, and technology team management
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
