Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross functional initiatives within a digital marketing and technology driven environment. This role is highly business facing and requires deep experience managing IT initiatives, SaaS vendors, and distributed teams across Europe.

The ideal candidate operates autonomously, brings strong stakeholder leadership skills, and translates business goals into structured, executable delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional programs and projects with high business impact
• Operate initiatives using Agile methodologies while maintaining strong program governance
• Define project scope, success criteria, charters, milestones, and delivery plans
• Own change management strategy, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external SaaS vendors
• Coordinate work across multiple teams that may not sit within the same initiative
• Drive execution of IT focused projects including system integrations
• Ensure alignment across global teams, with a majority based in Europe
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in different time zones
• Leverage standard project tools, templates, and reporting frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in project or program management
• Proven experience delivering IT focused initiatives
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and IT delivery language
• Hands on experience managing SaaS vendors and third party partners
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional programs
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Experience working within mid size to large organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
• Experience with system integration projects
• Background supporting digital marketing or marketing technology teams
• Prior experience working with Adobe products or Adobe ecosystem tools
