With a fast-moving product, a massive market, and a proven growth engine, we’re doubling down on outbound as a core revenue driver. This is not just an SDR Manager role. This is your chance to build, own, and optimise the outbound machine. You’ll lead a team of ambitious SDRs while also playing a hands-on role in shaping strategy, improving funnel health, and driving commercial outcomes. We’re looking for someone who blends performance leadership with a systems mindset and deep understanding of what modern outbound should look like in 2025. Your key focus areas will be

  • Build and scale a high-performance outbound SDR engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline and drives revenue growth across Australia
  • Increase SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunity) conversion rates by optimising outbound strategy, sequences, and team execution
  • Implement and refine outbound systems and workflows using performance data, AI tools, and signal-based outreach to drive quality and efficiency
  • Drive full-funnel alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure outbound is tightly connected to commercial outcomes and forecast accuracy

This will include

  • Lead and build a high-performance outbound SDR team, driving strong rep attainment and consistent pipeline delivery
  • Build and evolve a scalable outbound engine, including territory design, account strategy, messaging frameworks, and sequencing
  • Own the top-of-funnel pipeline motion, from lead allocation and conversion rhythms to funnel analytics and revenue contribution
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, RevOps, and Marketing to create full-funnel alignment and identify where outbound can create the most value
  • Leverage modern sales tools and AI workflows to drive targeted, efficient, high-impact prospecting
  • Track and report on key funnel metrics including SAO conversion, rep attainment, sequence performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Continuously experiment and improve on what works, using data and insights to lift both quality and volume
  • Coach your team in research, messaging, objection handling, and call quality, building a strong outbound craft culture
  • Drive a strong commercial mindset within the team, linking daily execution to business-level outcomes

  • Have 5+ years experience managing outbound SDR or BDR teams in high-growth B2B SaaS

  • Understand outbound as a commercial function, not just an activity engine, and can drive it accordingly
  • Are confident owning performance data and funnel health, using dashboards and insights to inform action
  • Are across the leading outbound trends in 2025, including signal-based outreach, AI-assisted prospecting, and hyper-personalisation at scale
  • Have a track record of strong individual and team performance, high attainment, and consistent pipeline contribution
  • Are an exceptional coach who can lift team output through structured development, call coaching, and individualised plans
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where outcomes matter more than job titles
