The Role:
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in graphic design or previous experience in a design or advertising agency, who is adept at managing multiple projects and maintaining excellent client relationships. The position starts in October.
Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Engage with customers, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Project Management: Delegate tasks to designers, perform thorough quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Quality Assurance: Review design projects.
* Financial Handling: Oversee invoicing and monitor payment updates.
* Team Expansion: Search for and test new designers, facilitating their integration into the team.
* Biz Development Support: Assist with prospecting, qualifying leads, and partner interactions.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a project manager, ideally with a background in graphic design or having worked in a design/advertising agency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
* Proficient in managing financial and administrative tasks.
* Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Independent contractor position with the flexibility of working remotely.
